We are looking for a passionate Account Executive (m/f/d) with a strong background in Software sales and a passion for client engagement and product development. In this role, you will function as our product ambassador to the market by creating awareness of the product, scoping out customer requirements by deep-diving into the technological needs regarding AI quality testing and assurance.

Your contribution will enable customers to improve their AI model quality using neurocat’s unique aidkit software. As a customer-facing role, understanding customer requirements, managing customer communications and expectations is key to success in this role.

Your Tasks:

  • You drive our growth in the DACH market and take responsibility for customer acquisition
  • You control sales cycles, generate new opportunities, and negotiate contracts by maintaining an active communication channel with customer prospects
  • Define customer communication strategies and be well placed to handle technical questions on the product
  • You build relationships with key stakeholders at the customer by advising on our offerings and their benefits
  • You are responsible for the professional preparation of discussions and customer-specific presentations
  • You will demo our product to customers demonstrating the feature usage.
  • You will represent neurocat at conferences and industry events to handle promotions
  • You will take responsibility for team projects to improve our internal organization and processes continuously

Your Profile:

  • 3+ years of experience in managing SaaS products in B2B space for a startup; (experience at an early stage startup is a bonus
  • Successful track record of closing business deals
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Business or Economics
  • Highly enthusiastic and have technical literacy about AI/ML technologies
  • Quick learner and demonstrate mindset needed to handle technical questions related to product and features.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • You are emphatic; you are an active listener; you think in a solution-oriented manner, and communication is one of your strengths
  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
  • Ability to multi-task with several tools, work independently, prioritize tasks, honor rules of engagement, and follow policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal English and German communication skills
